There's no excuse for your new found attitude. This new status you begged for, you now abuse. You've changed! You've changed so much that I now know you're just rude. Where's the acknowledgement for praise you meet? Of love from those baying at your feet? You're still the same as them, the same as me, another human being searching, searching for that dream. I won't deny your achievements, it's just the way you brag fills me with resentment. Used to feel the opposite of what I think, as time goes by my respect for you quickly shrinks. We all come from the same hope fuelled beginnings, when the first songs written were not worth singing. Now you treat this like a contest you're winning. That may be true we don't fucking care, we tread this path coz it's real and fair. You're not the same as us, you're not like me, you're just some shameless beings blagging, blagging a false dream.
