Jersey Surf 2016!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to put out an update on my musical career as of lately: I have been given the incredible opportunity to march Bass 4 this summer at Jersey Surf and I'm asking for a little bit of your help. Since drum corps is an immensely expensive activity, I'm asking for you to consider donating toward my fees. Drum corps and music has been a HUGE part of my life (if you couldn't already tell from my blog LOL.) and marching a world class line has been a dream of mine upon entering high school. Unfortunately, my family has been going under financial troubles the past couple of months and I have finally been able to raise money for only a portion of my tour fees. I began learning percussion from my indoor drumline program during my freshmen year of high school. I went to Dayton my sophomore year and recently attended my first Drum a Corps show this past summer with a couple friends from my high school who are now marching at different corps. This whole experience so far has been surreal and i am unbelievably grateful for the opportunity I've been given. I am now a senior in high school and I'm balancing schoolwork, band rehearsals, a job, and it would help me a TON if you guys were to help me find this summer. Please consider helping me this summer.
