Day 6 | #TheKarmaYogaProject | #Twist

I learned to love adding twists to my asanas thanks to @doroteabeauty haha i never really got into it until she told me how she loved them and so i gave it a shot. And really that tiny extra is what changes the whole practice. I never have to stick to the same old stuff - especially cause i get bored easily - but hey look at that, nothing gets old now! Haha So here’s a twist i particularly love this week a twisted pyramid/triangle pose variation

Day 3 | #TheKarmaYogaProject | #HipOpener So of course i picked my absolute favourite! A wall split woooo! Haha Crazy yoga hair to go with it too 😂 but who cares! I wanna get my splits done on both sides, and in every variation haha so we're working on it. My left side has always been a problem so i think for the next few week i'm putting in a bit more weak side practice than normal. Lets see how it goes!
