I’m not metallic-lightght, but I’m also a fan of How They All Reacted. All I need to know is if Sokka took Azula Penguin Sledding and if his family came to accept their relationship in that timeline. So a rundown of what you had planned would be wonderful.

Yes, Sokka would have taken Azula penguin sledding. Ideally, it would have been a moment to showcase Azula's awkwardness in this different environment, along with her willingness to learn something new. It was going to wind up being a rather cute/silly ride, and they would have landed somewhere Hakoda could see them. Upon seeing Sokka's happiness, and realizing Azula wasn't quite the hazard she seemed to be in the past, he would have approached them and spoken to Azula to start building bridges there and do the right thing for his son's sake. So, a happy ending!
Next chapter would've been a little less cheerful since it was Ozai's. Something like 3 years later, Sokka was going to visit Ozai in prison, quite solemnly, to announce his intention to ask Azula to marry him. Ozai would have thought it was a joke, lashed out aggressively against Sokka, only for Azula to step in then. She wouldn't have heard of Sokka's actual intent but upon learning he was going to visit her father she immediately would have figured this would NOT end well. So she jumps in, interferes, Ozai continues to cling to his belief that this is all just some act to torture him. Azula tells him the truth about how she feels over Sokka, that they've been together for a long time, and that she is no longer afraid of turning her back on him, pretty much. They'd leave, Sokka would finally admit why he was there, taking Azula by surprise. She would tell him he doesn't have to do things the "proper" way, that she doesn't need Ozai to approve of their relationship, and the only one whose answer matters, if he wants to marry her, is... well, Azula herself :'D so Sokka proposes, and Azula accepts! Happy times!
Final chapter was going to be a lighthearted, trolling one. I'm not even sure anymore what my logic was for it... but basically, either Azula in all her mischief would have decided to troll a certain sorry soul, or said sorry soul would have earned an invitation to the wedding, maybe through being part of the nobility? I don't even know... but basically, Chan would've been a wedding guest, thrilled to be part of this big thing because he's been deemed important enough to be among royalty! To witness a royal wedding...!
Then, once the ceremony began and he saw Azula's face, Chan would've yelped in horror upon realizing the girl he rejected all those years ago, and who now seems to be in a happy, wholesome relationship with a guy who adores her... was none other than the Princess of the Fire Nation and he missed out on the chance of being the one marrying her instead x'DDD
So, yeah, those were the chapters for HTAR I didn't quite write. I still mostly remember my intent with them, though the motivations for some things are a little wobbly, but that would've been the plan!
