Ok so I haven’t ever watched Everybody Loves Raymond but I took a poll from some friends who are also reading Wuthering Heights and they thought this was hilarious and started talking about how horrible the Everybody Loves Raymond people are.

(Granted I don’t thing WH plays it for laughs -there is just some things that can kinda be funny in a pretty bleak way 🫠-)

I reblog it every time I see it to make consistent progress on my wips, which seemed like a great idea until someone I follow put it in her queue for like… every 12 hours lmao. I’ve had to start a tally of how many sentences to go write during breaks at work, but it HAS been super effective!! Even if I want to bang my head against my desk when I see it 3 times in a row 😭

… also it’s funny to see the other writers who reblog it from me despairing in the tags, because if I have to suffer then WE have to suffer ❤️

Hey lovely person! Just for a change from all the other asks you've been getting I thought I'd share I moment I had the other day. I've recently got into word of honour and sleuth of the ming dynasty (both fantastic!) And was like "time to find fics!!!" And came onto Tumblr. Then I had a moment where I was like "why am I on tumblr??" And it was bc I'm so conditioned to find good untamed fics on your blog, that it took me by surprise to realise that /all/ other fandoms don't have a mojo counterpart 😭😆😆😆

So thank you for streamlining so many wonderful fics and making them so accessible! ❤

Oh, darling, thank you! and also, ahaha, that's hilarious. All other fandoms should, of course, and it's sad these blogs can't just run themselves 😉 or magically happen without hours and hours of input.

I've got a few Word of Honor bookmarks, but since I haven't quite finished the show, I've been avoiding anything that spoils after Ep 30. [And @happyfatcatfornow says, I have a group of bookmarks here for Word of Honor that might be helpful too?]

I also have Guardian bookmarks and Lost Tomb bookmarks, if anyone is interested. Actually, how would y'all feel if I stuck these recs in this blog with Untamed? (I haven't really even considered it, because I'm so incredibly busy just with Untamed, but someday I'll have more time....)

Hello! Remember a while back you mentioned how there's no timeline in mdzs and people are free to hc their own things? Another thing I've noticed cropping up more and more, is this belief that jyl was pregnant when she went to show wwx her wedding dress :/ she says "give me a courtesy name for your nephew" which some people are interpreting as she is already with child. Whereas I've been interpreting it as she has to produce a son at some point and she wants wwx to pick the name (nm that jyl and jzx wouldn't have had the chance to spend even a moment unchaperoned!) And nether side can really dispute it! Does jl's 100 day happen with a year of that day or 2 years later? Who knows! No body ages! Not even A-Yuan! 8|

Oh, yeah, I’ve seen that theory! I’ve always interpreted it as ‘at some point I will have a son and I’d like you to pick the name’ but that’s mainly because I can’t picture JZX and JYL going from ‘awkwardly standing around a lotus pond and realizing that hey, they do have feelings for each other and those feelings are reciprocal’ to ‘have had sex long enough ago that JYL would know she’s pregnant’ in the fairly small amount of time that passes between Qiongqi Way and their visit (I think it’s only 3 months, but again, wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey).

Also it cracks me up that we see A-Yuan at the village at Dafan Mountain while WWX and LWJ are on their fetch quest and then he looks exactly the same later even though he’s a toddler and something like a year and a half has passed lol

Are you kidding?? I love the of geography story time! Gather around family, there's a new one to share! And then I read it out to all our great entertainment and joy. Our favourite so far is the bus- I'm so glad you're okay- it was very dramatic!

In case it needs to be said, I'm also assuming he dates non binary people also named Ashley, and it's Ronan who thinks it's only girls- that seems like a very Ronan assumption 😆 "My brother is so boring and so straight!!"

Oh my god I love the cover of chandelier from the housekeeper's pov!!!!! The first time I saw it I'd keep watching it over and over and then for the next few days. My family were like "stop singing that!!!" And I'd be "WHO'S gonna believe me when I say that sia was here? On the chandelier???" 😆😆😆😆 it's so good!!

Yeah, and Jax, the lady who sings it, has such a good voice too! And fun facial expressions :D I’ve watched it many times as well :P
