EXPLANATION TIME for you thelunaaltar! Okay, here’s the deal. I am TVD trash and I have been shipping Delena for as long as I can remember watching it, and it is a special thing I share with a dear friend. The “MY HEART” category I highlighted is for nostalgia purposes, because I have a lost the near-religious fervour I used to have for it and TVD in general. That said, I USED to be very anti-Bamon, not on the basis that there’s no chemistry (THERE IS), but because I thought it was toxic because of how badly he used to treat her and her profound (justified) hatred for him. But those parameters have completely changed and their burgeoning friendship in Season 6 was the best part of the season, and Delena has come to a close (I shed some tears because I am a bad person :P). So therefore, yes, I will always ship Delena, but I have no qualms whatsoever about Bamon, and Bonnie more than deserves love.
