“Oh my god, of COURSE you did.” He doesn’t even bother lifting his head from the pillow, just kicks one foot out in the direction of Dave’s voice in a lazy gesture of affection. It’s...almost concerning, how ridiculously considerate Dave is. He just does things, out of the goodness of his heart, without expecting anything in return— and somehow KLAUS is the freak out of the two of them?! If anyone is freaky, it’s Dave with his honeysuckle smile, Dave who pushes Klaus until he can’t remember his own goddamn name, who works him in ways he never thought possible, who breaks him down and builds him back out of nothing, only to run him a bath and fetch him water like a perfect gentleman.

“I don’t think I got any more in me, baby, if this is your way of askin’ for round two.” He teases, if only because accepting the kindhearted gesture with a simple yes still feels weird. Peeling his face out of the sweat-drenched pillow, he fixes Dave with a groggy, half-lidded stare, only to drop his face back when he’s met with that utterly saccharine doe-eyed smile. God, what a SAP!

“Only way you’re gettin’ me in that tub is if you carry me yourself. My legs are out of commission for, like, at least an hour.” Flopping onto his back, he reaches up towards Dave with a smile, all grabby hands and soft whines until he’s all wrapped up in Dave’s arms, forehead pressed snugly against his jaw. “You’re too good to me.”
