Yesterday, I lived my childhood and teenage dream of visiting Hogwarts and No. 12 Grimauld Place, having a Butterbeer in Hogsmeade, perusing the merchandise at Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes, enjoyed a meal and a pint at the Three Broomsticks, stopped in at the Leaky Cauldron, wandered the streets and shops of Diagon Alley and the dark wares of Knockturn Alley, and received my wand from Olivander’s. This story means more to me than I can possibly express, and it made me so unbelievably happy to get to have this experience for many reasons.
