When we start the day off with a big dose of gratitude we are shifting our entire perspective and aligning with the emotional vibration to attract more of what we truly want in our life. We tune into our abundance and love versus being focused on what we are lacking or residing in the illusion of scarcity/fear. It takes mindfulness to shift habitual thinking, but with practice you will see a definite change in how you feel & how you deal. First practice starts by going within PRACTICE • DAY 1:: Sit quietly with a tall spine focused on your breath. Spend a few minutes setting an even rhythm for your inhale and exhale. Allow your breath to draw you inward, travel through your sense organs, your skin, make your way from head to toes, through your amazing organs and through your spine slowly. Fill your self with light, grateful for your health, vitality, your beauty, your ability to feel every emotion, move freely, and heal yourself from within.
