Can you relate with @lewishowes words from his book #TheMaskOfMasculinity ? "Sex is perfect way to avoid emotions. It feels close and intimate, but sex allows a man struggling behind his Sexual Mask to compartmentalize those emotions and focus only on physical aspects of sex. The problem with a singular focus on the physical part of sex is that will never be enough."

Do you wear a mask? In his book #TheMaskofMasculinity, Lewis Howes @lewishowes mentions nine masks that men wear to hide their vulnerability and appear manly: 1. The Stoic Mask: you never show your feelings or emotions.  2. The Athlete Mask: you overcompensate your insecurities with achievements in sports.  3. The Material Mask: you try to fill the void by putting all your energy towards getting rich. 4. The Sexual Mask: you sleep with as many women as you can to get a validation. 5. The Aggressive Mask: you solve your problems by showing up as an aggressive person. 6. The Joker Mask: you hide your insecurities with humour.  7. The Invincible Mask: you try to prove to everyone that nothing can bring you down.  8. The Know-It-All Mask: you are a man who strives to show he knows it all, in your profession or academically.  9.
