1. The vast majority of us are Cambridge-educated scum.2. (Except my one aunt, who managed to get into both, for Physics, then decided she wanted to do Middle-Eastern studies instead. Oxford, God knows why, let her.)3. We’re descended either from Coleridge or his secretary, and I can’t remember which.4. Mental illness appears to run in the family. :|5. The uncle who divorced my aunt was a colonel in the British army and now I think he’s a fellow at Balliol. Either that or… I dunno, he’s in Iraq again or something.6. The only reason I’m British and not American is because my Babcia and Dzadzo wanted to emigrate to America from Poland during/after WWII but my Babcia’s mother (after whom I was named!) wouldn’t have survived the trip.7. I am not actually the gay cousin. That distinction belongs to my father’s twin’s son, who appears to be Sebastian Flyte incarnate.8. On that note, my father is one of five. First my grandparents had identical twin girls, then they had a boy. They thought it must be lonely for him, so they decided to try for a playmate for him. They got my dad and his twin sister, oops.9. My subset of the family is the poor one. :(

1. I’m 5’ 6", or 168.5cm tall. The .5 is important.2. I’m left-handed. (I think that’s a body thing?) 3. You can see my ribs under my chest in certain lights, and it’s probably something I should do something about.4. My arches are too high to wear flats/pumps. :(5. Apparently I have really tiny hands? Like I never realised but people keep talking about it and ugh.6. I always catch my hipbones on things and it really hurts. 7. I always thought I had long legs, but it turns out my inseam is only thirty inches. This would probably explain why most of my jeans are too long for me.8. I have a ten-inch difference between my waist and my hips and you have no idea how hard it is to find skirts or trousers that fit. Like, even ignoring the inseam thing.

1. I am intensely paranoid and clingy over the state of most of my close relationships, but I bury that as deeply as I can for fear of it becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.2. To slightly misquote Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: I have a huge Saving People Thing, often eventually to my own detriment. On the one hand, I have literally run across London at 2am to stop a friend from killing themselves; on the other, it was the day before an exam. There’s always someone in more need than me, y'know how it is.3. If I decide I’ve found a solution to… pretty much anything, I’ll cling onto it and refuse to acknowledge it might not solve the issue until said ‘solution’ comes to pass and the issue remains unsolved, at which point I tend to get incredibly annoyed, both at the situation and myself. Dat black and white thinking.

Hannibal/How to Get Away with Murder?

I must admit I haven't gotten around to seeing HTGAWM yet (my bad, I know), but as for Hannibal:

- Abigail Hobbs (#iwanttobelieve)- Bedelia Du Maurier (I think this is quite obvious considering my url)- Alana Bloom- Will- ok, I know this isn't shocking in the least, but actually Hannibal. Mikkelsen does a very good job of differentiating his interpretation of the character from Nicholson's... and I like the suits.
