Leg day from week 2 today. Front squats up to 3@90%1RM, followed up by a nasty little superset of banded leg presses and leg extensions for 4x25 of each. The weights on both were light comparative to my 8 rep max's but oh the burn. Add in GHR's, RDL's and Split Squats for a great session!
