Created for @nekoatsumechic‘s Theme Contest! Take your kitties on a nostalgic visit to the Hundred Acre Wood with this Winnie-the-Pooh themed yard! Set in the rustic style for a forest-like feel, this setup allows cats to play with a friendly honeybee or nap in a honey-ful hive. There are also several of Pooh's empty honey pots to hide in, a Hundred Acre Wooden scratching post to use for claw sharpening, and a blanket perfect to help cats give their best impression of Pooh and his signature red shirt. And, of course, no Pooh-themed yard would be complete without a homage to one of the best video games in existence: Winnie-the-Pooh Home Run Derby. Just be careful not to get stuck in Rabbit's front door!
May Theme Contest - Insect Mating
After they won April's Theme Contest with a lovely mayfly shot, octopus_fool's suggestion for the May Theme Contest - Insect (and the other inverts, why not ) Reproduction. This should turn up some interesting photos - there's an old saw about the pleasure being fleeting, the position ridiculous, and the expense damnable, but ridiculous positions is certainly a feature of invertebrate reproduction. Consider spiders, or dragonflies, for example. And of course, that most acrobatic of animals, the slug.

YaY! Finally 21 DAys oLD!
Well it took a long time coming but now I am 21 days old in SL and can legally get in the contests and vote on theme events. I voted for the first time tonight and had a lot of fun. So my newbie colors are fading a little bit more. Thankfully. But oh I have so much more to learn.
