This is my first fic and I’m very proud of it, hopefully it can get more reads? It’s self-indulgent but it’s also for the fandom.

It’s about the foxes, specifically Andrew, during the time Neil was taken to Baltimore. It starts at the Bearcats’ locker room and ends with Andrew and Wymack leaving to move the bus from the hotel parking lot.

I’m really excited about it and I want other people to see it! Thank you!

Neil goes missing in the riot and the team panics. They check at various hospitals, call more, and search around outside the stadium. When they don't find Neil, Andrew forces Kevin to tell him what he knows. The grim truth comes out. Just when they're realizing there's nothing they can do, the FBI calls. They head to Baltimore and try to deal with the federal agents that won't let them see Neil. In canon, Aaron's pov, from the moment they lose Neil to the moment they get him back. Content warning: Kevin gets choked.

I’ve been rereading kings men and you know how in the book Alison keeps going ooo look at that hey when Andrew and Neil do anything cause she’s betting on them to be together- is there like any fics which kinda focus on this like the foxes betting on them to me together and then like them investigating leading up to Baltimore when they find out.

Do you know of any fics where Neil gets hurt/tortured by his father and co in front of the Foxes?? Or where the Butcher also kidnaps the team to use as leverage against Neil in Baltimore???

Andrew doesn’t care about Neil being in another hospital. He knows, with blinding clarity, that he will not be there. Matt would’ve made sure where he was if that was the case. Neil is gone.
