Fans have been speculating ever since Kevin Day and Thea Muldani announced their engagement as to who Day would ask to be by his side. Many discounted fox involvement entirely, suggesting fellow famous exy players such as Jeremy Knox, Jean Moreau, or even Marcus Jameson. The few that speculated that either Andrew Minyard or Neil Josten would be chosen were stoutly supportive of one and discounted the other. Who could have foreseen that Day would choose both! Hello! I remember reading a fic that was based on an IRL story. A husband and wife worked at the same company and people thought they were cheating on their spouses with each other. Someone had written andreil fic where they were on a professional team and the teammates thought they were cheating with each other. The only other thing I really remember is Neil trying to remember what color of Gatorade Andrew liked best. Hopefully you can help me, since I haven't been able to find it!

Hello! You guys are amazing and do such incredible work!!! I was wondering if you knew of two social media stories. One where Andrew posts a YouTube video about living with Neil and then Neil gets him back by doing a live stream of the same thing? I think it’s also to debunk the minyard josten rivalry as well? hey !!! do u guys know the fic where andrew and neil were on the same team and their team didn’t know they were dating and thought they hated each other, so they put andreil in the same hotel room at an away game and went into the hall by their room to wait to see what would happen and then i think either one or both of them walked out covered in hickeys to go to the vending machine. and they called each other babe at some point. it was a short one shot, maybe 1-2k ? thanks lads !

based on a prompt from @exyprompts on tumblr – okay but like an outside pov of the Minyard-Josten Rivalry where they’ve recently been transferred to the same team and the team is really edgy and tries to keep them away from each other, but then they get put in the same hotel room for an away game (obviously they request this) and the whole team goes through all of these antics to separate them because they think it is a mistakeTM
