Swap stared down at the cracked screen of his phone with horror. This wasn’t a joke was it? No Elly wouldn’t joke like this. Suddenly everything clicked into place. She’d mentioned someone had been recently trying to kill her. And despite his warning and advice to stay hidden she hadn’t listened. Looked like whoever it was got sick of her dumb luck.

Without hesitation he opened a portal to her world and ran through. He had to find out where they took her. And the only place he thought to start was her house.
