Uncharted and Journey Free via Playstation’s “Play at Home”

Playstation announced that they are releasing two games for free for their Play at Home initiative. Part of the initiative is to not only provide Playstation owners with free games, but to help indie developers during this time of crisis.

With that, Playstation is giving Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey out for free via Playstation Network. This is available world wide, however, Germany and China owners will only have Knack available instead of Uncharted.

The second part of the initiative is to help indie developers during this hardship. Playstation has earmarked $10 million for indie developers, but haven’t provided a lot of details on the funds or participation criteria at this time.

The offer is only for a limited time, starting from April 15th (yesterday) at 8pm to May 5th at 8pm. However, once you download them, they are yours to keep and a Playstation Plus account is not required. You can download directly from the PSN store on your browser or your console.
