The Republican representative is facing a lawsuit for violating the Fourteenth Amendment.
Scott Perry - patriot extraordinaire - is facing removal from the ballot in Pennsylvania. He was actively involved in Trump’s conspiracy to stay in office - allegedly. He ignored a Congressional subpoena to appear and testify as to his knowledge surrounding the January 6th Insurrection and refused to turn over his phone records until the courts ordered that he do so.
Whining and crying like his leader - the one man crime spree Traitor Trump - Perry claims political persecution and “witch hunt”. Total bullshit. He’s such a patriot that he had to run off to the MAGA Republican Media Spectacle at the Texas/Mexico border (which the Professional Liars on Fox Fake News are shrieking about ad nauseum).
As leader of the Freedom Caucus - aka Sedition Caucus aka Fake Patriot Caucus - Perry owes it to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth so God help him.
If not, then he deserves to be persona non grata for Election 2024 and every election afterward.
