Current feels 😒😴😪 // 12 days and counting and today I have seriously hit a wallllllllll.. Smashed out legs followed up with some attempted prowler runs for HIIT in between working a split shift and just wasn't mentally prepared to walk on the treadmill for half an hour afterwards. So I made the calculated decision to do 6 super speedy sets of 60kg deadlifts as cardio instead (super-setted with stacking weights away at my gym/work) because sometimes throwing around some iron is the best and only therapy ⚡️ Trying to keep it super honest and not just sprawl the highlights aka delt pumps and ab/booty shots. I'm a real person and I don't always want to do this day in and day out, but it's realising that the bigger picture is far more important to you then what you want right now. And even if the bigger picture is a little blurry most of the time, you know what it takes to get there and you're willing to push through the bad days so you can make the most of the good 💪🏼 #nowtimetosleep #thenwakeupanddomorecardio #buttherealkind #sadface
