theo was being very quiet while his daddy worked. so quiet he was quite certain that the other male had forgotten he was in the house let alone sitting in front of his desk. he'd come in when the other was on a phone call and had plopped himself down in front of the desk to color picture after picture. he stayed pretty still on the floor only moving when he'd completed a picture slowly lifting his hand up to hold the picture out to the older male patiently waiting for him to notice and take the picture from him. it had been a long night for theo who had spent most of it coughing, blowing his nose, and being a mouth breather. so when he woke up he knew the day was going to be just as long. he rolled over and nestled his head against the man beside him whining slowly, "daddy, wake up. theo not feel good. his head hurt and his tummy hurt and his throat hurt." he snuggled otto close to him as he buried himself against rowan's side pulling the blanket tight around him, "and him cold, daddy. make theo better."

theo: um...if i accidentally started like a fire of some sort in the kitchen and the fire department had to come...would that be a bad thing?

theo: cause if it is then i definitely didn't do that cause like hypothetical stuff, yea

theo: but like if it isn't then could you come home?

he came bounding into the house with a smile on his face and his "treasures" in his hand. "daddy! daddy look!" he said eagerly holding out his treasures: a rock, two leaves, some flowers, and a small toy car he'd found along his adventure. "i finded some cool things. look daddy look my adventure was great!" he was so excited to share with rowan that he didn't even remember he was supposed to come in quietly. "see daddy see?!"

he looked over at him after he made the statement and chuckled. "right, sure." clearly the other was joking around with him. "why would i even wear satin panties? i don't think those would do anything for my butt."
