Thinking on starting a new fort, one with some intentional designs in mind. Mainly a big ass tavern in the center of the fort. Build everything else around that tavern.

You know it would be cool if I could dedicate a whole computer to running a Dwarf Fortress game 24/7
Been fucking around and making my own jewelry.
I proposed to my girlfriend @ladybites, and now she is my fiancée.
Mixed feelings on the homestuck pilot, but I think I'm enjoying it.
One of those "I want to do something" vs "I want to lay in bed and do nothing" kind of days.
I've ended a decade long personal embargo of the Assassin's Creed franchise all because I could play a big strong viking lesbian. Honestly though? I have no regrets about it. The writing in AC Valhalla is so much better and that was the main complaint I had back when I beat AC2. (At the time when I beat it I was going through a rough patch in my life that made the plot beat that indicated 2012 was going to be the end of the world feel... like poor writing, I guess? I just remembered I was super mad about it and that's why I hadnt picked up the game since then.)
Also the sheer number of things I can do is amazing. I'm almost twenty hours into the game and I've barely left the tutorial. This is a positive. I've helped a couple reignite their sex life by lighting their house on fire and smashing their shit, followed a sleep walker and told him to go home because he fell asleep on sentry duty, fought an old warrior and sent him to Valhalla, raided enemy camps & monasteries, investigated a traitor in the midst of an ally's city, and learned how to perform the iconic Leap of Faith.
Just had a realization that fuck I'm now an amateur game developer.
