deft fingers skimmed through the different items of clothing on the rack, barely taking more than a single touch to sense the feeling of each different fabric. after years and years of practice, malia had gotten  skillful  at the art of thrifting.   “ ah, gotcha !  ”   she exclaimed then, hand reaching within the sea of clothes hooks to pull out a purple, sixties inspired mini dress. turning towards theo, she held the hanger in front of her torso, hand placed on her hip as if to model the item.   “ so tell me   —   what’s the verdict ?  could i make this into a cute everyday dress or does it look more like a daphne blake cosplay ?  ”
