It's a lovely day for lifties outside, but a terrible day for camera angles 😆 I decided to switch things up and work on my front squats for the next few cycles. Only problem is I have no idea what my max is so I just kept doing sets of five expecting the weight to get more difficult. This last set is 115lbs and was still pretty easy, I'm just being dramatic cause I hate front squats. I stuck with deload weight for overhead work since I'm working out my front squat numbers and will probably just start the actual cycle next week. So today's overhead reps were three sets of ten at 75lbs. Nice and light. And of course @andyfuckinglaughlin is back there making me laugh like always.
