KADY AND THEO
Seeing Theo’s arrival to campus brought a lightheadedness that had nearly brought Kady Wilde to her knees. As both a woman and a Dominant, Kady possessed very few weaknesses, even when it came to her submissives. She worked hard to make sure that no one dared even try to mess with her, or anyone she considered family, by creating the most detached and heartless of images. The one and only person who had ever seemed to break through that was none other than Theodore Sterling. They’d known each other since childhood, their family associations and affiliations making sure of it. Their flings had begun casually in their late teenage years, intended to be a series of friends-with-benefits encounters that soon turned more serious than either of them had been prepared for. Their identical Dominant marks both complicated and made things easier, but it had always seemed like the un-addressed elephant in the room. They hadn’t spoken since Theo had left for his last tour, leaving their relationship in some sort of limbo, and the truth was Kady hadn’t been entirely prepared to see the man again. Bargains with herself had lead her to swear she would ignore his advances, and focus on herself and finding a claim or two to whisk back to the city with her once this nightmare was over. But with one reply, and one single look, all traces of her resolve had dissipated. And now, he was on his way to her room, leaving her sure of where things would lead. “Theodore.” She said coyly as she rose when he stepped into her room. “I should have expected you, I suppose.” @theosterlinghearts
