There are thoughts who hate, and they divide, and they feed off of people who don’t fight back. Yeah we could laugh this off, but what about the girl who can’t? Who’s gonna help her? Silence only makes them stronger.
We created #THEORANGEFFECT campaign because we all need a little help sometimes. We encourage everyone to take this opportunity to talk about self-injury and mental health. Ask the questions everyone else is afraid to ask. Talk about it in a way that is accurate and respectful. We’ll be louder than self-injury.
