Ok, I have an idea, each US state imposes a billionaire tax, not the federal government, all except Florida. The tax will be unfair and purposely target the ultra wealthy. This will cause all the billionaires and and most maga supporters to run to Florida, which is fine because the Florida governor is just as crazy as they are. Phase two, annex Florida and build a wall. Then we just have to wait for the next hurricane season, the governor can't go to the federal government for disaster funds, so they'll look to the billionaires for help and then they'll all realize how greed actually makes you a horrible person.
