映画『めだまろん ザ・レジデンツ・ムービー』シネリーブル梅田 1966年から活動している謎のアート集団レジデンツのドキュメント。 この映画自体レジデンツの協力があるのかどうか知りませんがレジデンツ本人からの言及はなくレジデンツ周辺の仕事仲間や影響を受けた人達の語りが中心になってます。 実際に一緒に仕事をしていない人達のインタビューは単なる感想なのでこれを削ってレジデンツの昔の映像やライブ、PVなどをもっと多く流してもよかったかなと思ってしまう(全作品がMOMAに保存されてるのも凄い！) 謎に迫る！と何かに書いてあったけど観終わった感想は謎にはまだまだ遠い印象です。 ジェリーハリスンが前回観た英語約束の地メンフィスとレジデンツの両作品に出てるのがジェリー自身の振れ幅の大きさがわかります。 パンフがこれまた力作で読み物としても充実してそうです。 パンフを見て私が所有しているエキスモーがファーストプレスなのがわかって嬉しい。 アップした動画はアイコン化した目玉が初めて表に出てきたのがエスキモーなのでこのアルバムを上げます！ 映画館にガチャがあると聞いてたけど大阪にはなかったので東京都だけなのかな？ The Residents / Eskimo(1979) #residents #めだまろん #theoryofobscurity #analog #records #vinyl #theoryofobscurityafilmabouttheresidents (シネ・リーブル梅田)
