The Painter Legacy - Parts 15 & 15+

It’s been A YEAR since I started my Painter Legacy and this post features 2 parts... as usual.

I have gone through a lot of deaths, drama, love stories, births, more drama, more affairs, happy moments, more happy moments, eternal life, university experiences, furry friends... Call it mostly positive experiences as it was initially meant to be like this. In the end, you will never know what happens.

Beginning with part 15+. This will be separated in different dates because of the chronical series of events. This part involved weddings.

April 1st, 2021: Dean Merritt gets married to Bobbie Dove. April 16th, 2021: Sophia Ruffin (widow to Julian Painter) gets married to Walker Mansfield’s first-born son Christian Mansfield, whom he had with Claudia Archer. He’s a hybrid in my game! April 29th, 2021: Brenda Miner (widow to Joseph Painter) remarries for the second time. She gets married to Timothy Reeder, son to Gabriel Reeder and Natasha Rockwell, whom I made a hybrid for the gallery. On the same day, Timothy's parents age to elders.

Part 15 was in the process from 4/29 to 4/30/2021. A lot of things happened on this part. First, I attempted killing Giselle Bradley via a murphy bed, but I managed to bring her back to life using spells thanks to Phillip Goldsmith, my hybrid vampire/spellcaster who hates sunlight! On Friday 4/30/2021, I killed Ruby Bowman, wife to Cody Painter. Back to my base, Oasis Springs, Giselle and Phillip remarried.

I cannot do the rest all in one post due to Tumblr being a weirdo and not letting me post more than 10 pictures. I am so sorry about that.

The Painter Legacy - Parts 13 & 13+

A V-Day special for my Painter Legacy I’m working on at the moment :)

Part 13 (February 14th, 2021) involved Lana and Gavin practicing their writing skills and cooking skill which Lana mastered. Her son Nathan worked more on programming as part of his lifetime wish, and her granddaughter Giselle aged up to a teen. And what’s interesting; I renovated their house into a much more spacious place and quite modernized.

Part 13+ (February 10th, 2021) involves Evelyn and Richard’s deaths. Brenda Miner becomes pregnant with Joseph's 2nd child. Daphne (Brenda's mom) died in my game a few weeks ago. Harley (Brenda's father) remarries for the third time. His third wife is Roxanne Wyatt. Joseph, Brenda and Hudson watch a movie on TV in between. After some tweaks and play tests Brenda gives birth to her daughter Constance. Her father Harley along with his new wife Roxanne and his third daughter Karen (at least she doesn’t speak to managers!) moves to San Myshuno and adopts a kitten, Julius. Sophia’s daughter Norma ages to a toddler and moves to Glimmerbrook with her husband, Julian, and son, Darren. Her parents Andrea and Remington move to their old (and renovated!) house in Del Sol Valley, and they adopt 3 cats. One of them, becomes pregnant so Andrea and Remington are going to have... KITTENS!!!

And there they’ve been two... (2 Years Painter Legacy Mega Update, Parte Uno)

...Two years since the day that changed it all. June 12th, 2020. On a Friday. Two years have passed since then. Two years that were a rollercoaster of emotions. Mixed emotions. Experiences. Each experience was different in its own unique way. I’ve gone through a lot in one household. A lot.

Deaths, more deaths. Breakups. Drama, more drama. University, more university. Love stories. Births, more births. Parties, affairs, more affairs. Happy moments, even happier moments, the happiest of moments. Living as the undead. Hybrid lifestyle. And much recently, a furry friend addition to the Painter household. A year ago, it was mostly positive experiences. In the end, you will never know what happens. The past is the past.

Due to Tumblr sometimes being a weirdo, this tribute and update will be split in three different parts. Too short to call them Parts 16-22. 22 is long number to go. Not that long in my list. But each part is original on its own. I will categorize each part according to the gameplay in real time.

Beginning with part 16, took place on July 2nd, 2021. Part 16 was a standalone part. No part 16+ was created in the meantime, speaking of other households from the same legacy.

It was nothing special, but Gavin tidying up university classes and coursework. It’s hard it coincided with his journalist career, but he tries to attend both at a time, not all at the same time. It was mostly a visit on a Foxbury institute party he paid to. Lana, instead, was at home. Was she conversing or something?

Part 17, dates to August 24th, 2021. It was after my vacation in Corfu when I carried on with builds and the laptop save a lot. Even trying to prepare myself for another vacation. That time in Chalkidiki, the day after. Wednesday the 25th of August. It was the day when I got Nifty Knitting.

And what then?

Lana tries a new hobby out! She buys a new knitting kit, and learns to knit on her own! And what does she knit first...? As a beginner, the results were socks and beanies.

Last part of this post, had nothing to do with the Painters (Lana & Gavin). But their daughter in-law, Sophia Ruffin. Daughter to Remington and Andrea. It’s called, on my chronological order, part 18+, not a standalone part 18. Theoretically part 18, but since it has nothing to do with neither Lana nor Gavin, it’s eventually part 18+ AS 18.

It had to do with a build, I was trying to test in game, to see if it works. It was Sophia’s old house. (Brooks Bridge Borough in Glimmerbrook) From a boring two bedroom house, it was renovated into a rustic family manor with a pond and a small cabin, just what she needed to grow her family. Sophia’s first child, Craig, grew old and ready to leave her house, but we’re not done yet. She tries for her second child with her husband. Summin’ up, part 18+ was all a matter of a build which eventually ended up in pregnancy, more than good news!

The rest on two separate posts. The story goes on, but distance/change of lifestyle was the reason why I no longer play the Painters. Some screenshots exist on a private Discord server. It’s compact and easy (for me, at least) to copy the pictures and paste them for my current post(s).

The Painter Legacy - Parts 14 & 14+

Ooooooooffffff.... it’s been a ridiculously long time since I did my Painter legacy. Playtests, more shares, more playtests, building, Uni, a lot of creating... I had a lot in my head. Phew. *heavy breathing*

This is part 14+. Morgyn dies of old age. He leaves Aurora widowed and his sons orphaned. Corinna moves in with them. (Corinna is the daughter of my Sims Clint Fuller and Alexandra Johnston in my game) After a little tweaks for the gallery Norman gets married to Corinna after his spellcaster occult gets removed via cheating. (tweak one) Corinna becomes pregnant with Norman's baby. Norman's brother Cody, after becoming a spellcaster via cheating, moves to Del Sol Valley and gets married to Ruby Bowman (in-game born daughter to Denise Bowman and Dustin Ayers). Ruby becomes pregnant with Cody's baby. Part 14+ was done February 21st, 2021. A month and a few days ago.

Part 14, as of today’s, (March 27th, 2021) features Giselle (granddaughter to Lana & Gavin) getting married to Phillip Goldsmith (son to Emmett Goldsmith & Darlene Grossman) and becoming pregnant with his child. Gavin gets promoted to Journalist, reaches maximum level of his Writing skill and works hard on his aspiration. Lana reaches lvl 8 of her Mixology skill and the whole family celebrates Winterfest by watching TV and raising skills.

I hope I won’t get carried away with other families like last month, I will sometimes come & go on my Painters. Unfortunately I don’t have part 14+ pictures. Sorry about that.

The Painter Legacy - Parts 12 & 12+

Carrying on with my Painter Legacy again. Part 12 (January 28th, 2021)

After several playtests, Lana Painter dies in my game. Her son Nathan gets married to Donna Bradley, a spellcaster. Fortunately Donna manages to resurrect Lana and Gavin, and I turn them into vampires. Before this happened, Donna becomes pregnant with her first child. And after a few workarounds Lana and Gavin become Grand Master Vampires with 100 power points. AND they age down to Adults!!!

Gavin and Lana work on books to complete their lifetime wishes or some stages of them. Donna works on spellcasting and Nathan is preparing himself for his next lecture.

Part 12+ (January 23rd, 2021) is all about the offsprings. As usual. Hugo Villareal dies. Evelyn ages up to an elder and Joseph to a young adult. Julian falls in love with Sophia Ruffin, and Joseph with Brenda Miner each. Sophia and Brenda become pregnant. Before Hugo's death Trina Greenberg becomes a spellcaster and Aurora becomes pregnant to her second child with Morgyn Ember.

The Painter Legacy - Part 11

Due to that exam break I finally had the chance to care after my Painter family (gen. 1 as usual) in Oasis Springs.

In this part, Gavin Richards dies (after several playtests and gallery shares) but will keep his urnstone for a future build as after Lana’s death I will be renovating their house!

Lana is now an elder. She lives with her -young adult now- son Nathan and their elderly cat Star, whom she adopted at a previous part. She writes another book in a row to complete a milestone of her aspiration and Nathan practices programming/video gaming a bit. He applies to a University and waits a few days until his acceptance letter becomes available.

Since his acceptance letter became available, Nathan finally enrolls in University. He chose computer science major as it appeals more to his traits. Unfortunately, he can’t live in Britechester because of his elderly mother and cat. He chose to pay tuition fees from his parents’ home in Oasis Springs.

Also, speaking of gen. 2, Trina’s parents Daniel and Bethany die of old age and she lives with her husband Richard and sons Christopher and Joaquin.

Hopefully after exams I’ll continue the next part, or in between... IDK! ;)

The Painter Legacy - Parts 10 & 10+

Hello everyone and happy 2021 ;) We have wished haven’t we? Yes! Parts 10 and 10+ of my Painter Legacy and still on Gen. 3!

Part 10 involves Nathan Painter aging up to a teen. And Gavin Richards aging up to an elder. Nathan had a mood swing and was about to die of anger, but a friendly couple comforted him.

And Part 10+ is all about the offsprings, Evelyn, Richard and Aurora. Nathan not yet. Evelyn gave birth to Joseph, her 2nd child with her husband Hugo Villareal. Richard became a father to a boy from his wife Trina Greenberg. Aurora, the third offspring moved to Sulani temporarily AND married Morgyn Ember. Before that Morgyn duplicated himself and got a sibling, Leonard. After countless hours of makeovers Morgyn and his brother Leonard stayed with Aurora, and Aurora became pregnant with Morgyn’s baby. Leonard will definitely go with Sophie Hensley as of my current progress in game.

The Painter Legacy - Part 9

Welcome 2021, welcome Painter Legacy part 9! This time we didn’t focus on gen. 1 (Lana & Gavin) but their offsprings Evelyn and Richard. I think yesterday I did a little bit of Evelyn and Hugo, Evelyn became pregnant with her 2nd child (terrific!). On Sunday, some of my Brindleton Bay households adopted a stray and gave it to gen. 1 (Lana, Gavin and Nathan).

Today I played a bit of Richard and Trina Greenberg. Bethany drops out of university and Trina tries for her 2nd baby with Richard. Grandparents Daniel and Bethany play with their grandson Joaquin. Um.. did the game name it after Joaquin Le Chien or did it choose it randomly? IDK!

Trina visits Brindleton Bay and adopts a cat, Furball. Little Joaquin found time to play with his furry friend.
