After rewatching the Nostalgia Critic’s Nostalgiaween review of the movie, continuing with the Month of Halloween, here is a drawing of the Pale Lady from Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (both the book and movie). She appears in the Dream, a story about someone having a dream about the Pale Lady telling her about evil in a room. She ends up to that room only to find the Pale Lady showing up. She does show up in the scariest moment in the movie, appearing in every turn while walking menacing and absorbing people. Growing up Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark was what inspired me to draw more monsters. The book was so popular in school it would always be rented out. Those images were so frightening that kids would hog the book all day long. Yes im excited I dont think Del Toro hasn’t made a bad film.
