The paperman/ slender man theory

So, let's assume that Meg and George (The Paperman) got married and we're very happy. Then, when Meg died, that paper that had her lipstick print on it went blank, symbolizing her death, and so did George's face, symbolizing his lost love and purpose. He exiled himself in the woods and Slender man's notes symbolize George's thing for paper. Not to mention that George also wears a suit and tie. -credit to @disneydude for the idea-
