Call him ridiculous, but Zephyr had spent the days after the chaos of Halloween in check in on some of his favorite people to see if they’d been caught by the dementors like he had, or if they’d been home safe the entire time.
Clearly being home safe was the preferred option, but considering he didn’t expect anyone was planning on a night out being interrupted by attacking statues or by fucking inferi, judging by Nate’s description. Talking abut it on the radio was proving to be a riot as well and if nothing else, Zephyr could say his job never had the chance to get dull or repetitive in its storytelling.
Considering how much time had passed since Halloween, Zephyr had the time to check in on everyone he wanted to, but there was one person left. He’d wanted to give Peter the chance to calm down after everything that happened, but now he needed to be sure Peter was still functioning.
“Peter?” He called as he rapped his knuckles against the door in a rhythm, a habit he’d picked up months ago to help Peter identify that it was him. “Time to socialize some. You in there?” @the-peter-pettigrew
