20. Game that you know like the back of your hand? ~and~ 21. Game that you didn’t like or understand as a kid but love now?

20. BioShock or Assassin’s Creed 2. Those two game are my ‘no-think-just chill’ games because I’ve played them so many times. BioShock when I just want to wonder through a familiar story, and AC2 when I have a bug up my but to COLLECT EVERYTHING.

21. I would have to say an of the older Nintendo games. I didn’t grow up with console games at all because my dad thought they rotted brain cells or something, so Mario, Zelda, and all of those really classic Nintendo type games were not a part of my childhood. But after being with Megzie, who did grow up with them, and who did love them, she got me to love them too. I still suck hardcore at side scrolling but I love watching her play!

49. where i want to be right now: I'm not sure if this is literal or metaphorical, so...

I'm at home right now, watching Degrassi and surfing the net in bed, and at this moment there's probably nowhere else I'd rather be, especially since it's pretty late to get anything more interesting together.

But that's physically.  If we take this more as a "where do you want your life to be" kind of thing...I dunno.  Someplace more certain. I think that's just what I want, some certainty.  My work schedule has been haphazard lately and I have no idea when it will stabilize, and because of the strange hours and scheduling I've been making less money since this "promotion" than I was before, which is going to be a problem if it lasts too long.  I think I just want to figure out what's going on with this job and get that settled.  

Other than that, I'm actually happier with where I am in my life than I have been in months.  I had a pretty rough patch of depression after the high of meeting Saves the Day wore off, but I've been feeling pretty good the last few weeks.  My friends helped, Doctor Who and Parks and Recs helped a lot, and all of y'all have helped too (and you're friends, but just giving you a special shout out).  Thanks :D

LOVE: 10 Things I Hate About You. We all agree this movie is perfect, right? I don’t need to explain why, right?

LIKE: The Bourne Supremacy. So many movies have tried to copy the queasy, super-up-close fighting cinematography of this and the Bourne Ultimatum, and so few of them have been successful at it, and maybe none of them had a good reason to. So for a long time I resented this (and Greengrass) even though I remembered liking it. Then I went back and rewatched, and you know? It’s really good, and that style really works here! (Maybe that’s why all kinds of people were copying it, duh.)

DISLIKE: Mona Lisa Smile. Somehow in my deep-dive into Mamet four or five years ago I never watched Edmond, or I bet that would be a better pick here. As it is I’ll settle for the 1950s girls’ boarding school tripe from the writers of Tim Burton’s Planet of the Apes remake. This movie actually has a pretty great cast, though it’s wasted on the material.
