i'm actually doing pretty well. i've been trying more and more to distance myself from my thoughts and just go along with it and i haven't been completely depressed for about a week. not long, but its a start!

you can probably get chamomile treats to relax her?? i dont have a cat but i do that for my one of my dogs that acts a bit like that.

thanks, I'll have to try that out. idk she's acting crazy lately but maybe it's just cabin fever from being cooped up inside all winter. Hopefully some soothing treats will help her out
