The Purest Heart will be plagued by a guilt of years passed. The peace which she surrounds herself wasn’t made to last. As the world falls out of balance, a man sets it right. Not for the world, but the alluring voice of the light. A traitor, a Lady, and Duke shall fight to do the deed. But the one they want to die is exactly who they need. He doesn’t win the reprieve he continues to desire, So he walks down to Hell, into the eternal fire.
A poem I wrote for the sequel to ‘The Purest Heart’.
