i am having the most anxious feelings about meeting kiera and saying the right things and not crying. I have butterflies in my stomach and could hardly eat at dinner. I was just prepping to do the next thing, that this just kind of hit me yesterday

I am genuinely spooked by this! 

Every day when I open tumblr the first thing I do is check #theselection and reblog from there, after that I go to my dash. So, as you can see, I just rebloged thequeenofillea's "2K followers" post. To my (happiest) surprise, I open my blog AND... there it is, 2K followers! We not only have close blog birthdays, we also have the same number of followers, which is an honor for me, cause that blog is amazing!

So you guys can see it! 

Thank you all for following this lil blog of mine, this is my favorite and it's a pleasure to keep it. Time has been scarce and it saddens me that I can be around as much as I want to, but knowing that there are so many The Selection fans out there is amazing! You're all fantastic!

Made from rosereads, thequeenofillea, and wyress that I know of, but I have seen all of those images before, not from that user.

I mean even Facebook pages are stealing my edits (well it was a gif until they stole it) (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=506527956081299&set=a.418020384932057.96365.418013268266102&type=1&theater) and there's I can do about it really. And that's what the Internet does.

And just it's NOT THAT HARD to reblog each one individually. You don't gain anything from reposting but hate. And I know we are all editing the same images and we technically are "stealing" those, but still. We all do this for free, the least you could do is give a bit of recognition. No wonder Kiera and other authors are mad when their books are pirated and people were looking for pdfs of The Elite the day it came out. Just not cool man.
