Hello! This is the author of "Love in the Storm," and I just read your review. I honestly have tears in my eyes right now from your kind words. That story took several months to write, so it was kind of a labor of love. Seeing that it touched someone just made my heart swell with happiness. I don't think I've ever received such praise, and I cannot thank you enough for it.
Oh, darling, Love in the Storm has immediately become one of my favorite treats of fiction, including both published stories and those of the fanfiction genre. It truly touched my heart in such a vast abundance of aspects with its romance, realism, humor, tenderness, brokenness, and originality; but of course, nothing I say here could ever define my adoration for the piece. At least, not like they were in that review. My feelings sort of flowed out of me just after I read it, hehe. I would actually read it again, because every single rush of emotion is returning even after so long of not reading it over. It really left an immense impact on me as a writer, dreamer, and human, basically, that leaves me breathless. Spending such a while on it always has its blessings, and you certainly produced a treasure by allowing the words to flow through you in time.
It is certainly one of the most inspirational one-shots I’ve ever laid eyes on, and it has the ability to change the way you see things. And the fact that I can identify with Mercy so well in appearance, humor, actions, personality, and mindset is completely mind-boggling to me! I had to sort of step away for a moment to realize that one of my favorite stories was displaying a character I love so well with Loki, and yet is so undeniably like me.
You really have done such a spectacular job, love, and the fact that my praise makes you feel so great gives me the most wonderful feeling. You should feel incredibly proud for your beautiful work, because you’ve blessed so many people with it, me in particular. It is an honor to write alongside you, and a true privilege to read your work. You’re brilliant, and I look forward to more of your passionate pieces in the future!
