This is the DBT Card Deck by Matthew McKay and Jeffrey C. Wood. This carddeck is based on the The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook book.
This deck promises to help you find Mindfulness strategies to help you stay grounded, Tips to help you improve your relationships and skills for emotion regulation and distress tolerance (which are all skills taught in DBT treatment.)
I'm really excited to start using this deck! As someone who's finished their specialistic DBT treatment very recently (and might do more DBT in the future) I can't wait to keep working on my wise mind.
I do recommend these cards for people who are somewhat familiar with the DBT Skills already, just like the card pictured suggests.

DBT Card 26: Mindfulness - Use Self-Compassion Meditation.
Relax using Mindful breathing. Then, slowly repeat following phrases on each exhalation of your breath: "May I be peaceful... May I be safe... May I be healthy... May I be happy and free from suffering."
Allow yourself to accept your own sense of compassion. Repeat the phrases twice more. Try it today.

DBT Card 36 - Emotion Regulation Skills - Be Mindful Of Your Emotions Without Judgement.
Relax using mindful breathing. Then, focus on how you're feeling and any related physical sensations. Notice any judgements and let them float away like leaves on a stream. You have a right to feel your emotions. Observe your emotions change naturally without judging them. Practice today for five minutes.
