Somehow the loneliness during social distancing made me feel like I could date a kpop idol and I tested my compatibility with every member birth chart lol. But I was wondering tho why I always seem to get attracted to guys that haven't a good compatibility with me??
lmfao i get it 😂 we’ve all done it and if you haven’t then ur lyING. lol but honestly i think everything is about perspective, and i think there are probs a bunch of non-astrology reasons why you’re drawn to those people. i think astro compatibility is helpful in a lot of ways, but if you’re not a cookie cutter version of your placements then compatibility can’t be treated in the same way. i think i’d consider your irl track history. like for me as a pisces moon i should by all means not get along with aqua/cap moons, but i was raised with them and was surrounded by aqua energy both at home and at school so i’m super familiar with whatever friction may come with those opposing placements. i also just don’t know how a lot of the compatibility sites calculate compatibility? and so it may end up being a lot less personalized than you’d need a compatibility reading to be in order for it to be accurate. like i think something that an online compatibility calculation CANT do, is determine big picture compatibility. so like, maybe there are conflicting placements but your overall values are very similar. that or maybe what your chart is striving for, isn’t something that has a lot to do with traditionally romantic placements like venus or mars. like wonwoo would be a good example how his gemini venus and mars hate being confined, but his cancer sun and leo placements need to “belong” to someone and vise versa. so while someone may say he’s incompatible with more attached placements like say a scorpio venus, i’d actually argue that his water sun mixed with his fixed influences could actually mesh well with a scorpio venus and reel in his more flighty placements. all just depends!
