I think I formulate my question wrong... I want to save the sidebar background, not the image. I want the white background with the lines BEHIND the image. I tried double clicking that but it only gives me the option to save the webpage, not the photo.

Go to the live preview of the theme, and right-click the sidebar image. You should have the option to 'Save image as..." Click that, give the image a name, and save the image! :>
