Im pretty sure (Not really a Sebciel shipper but just putting my two cents in :3) That the College!AU implies that both of them are of college age, like Sebastian in his early twenties and Ciel would probably be like 19 or something. :) But if not yeah that makes me a bit uncomfortable also, I only really ship it as friends or sometimes if Ciel is older. But I may be wrong about the age thing.

If Ciel were of age that would be fine, but the write up didn't say anything about changing Ciel's age.
