“NXT Takeover: Toronto, Ontario, Canada bared witness to the finale in the epic feud between the #NXTHeavyWeightChampion & #TheRebelHeart “ 🇨🇦🍁 - What a night... what a f**king night and what a f**king Professional Wrestling event that was held, courtesy of the black and gold brand #NXT 😄👍🏻 From the opening match which saw The NXT Tag Team Champions #TheStreetProfits successfully defending their titles against #TheUndisputedEra in such an entertaining Tag Team Match, to the emotional grudge match between former friends turned bitter enemies, Candice LeRae and Shirai Io (LOVE Shirai-san!!! 😍🖤), which was hands down my 2nd favorite match of the night behind the #MainEvent 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match, to the Triple Threat Match between ‘The Velveteen Dream’, Roderick Strong, and ‘The Bruiserweight’ Pete Dunne for the Dream’s #NXTNorthAmericanChampionship which he had successfully defended, to another emotional and VERY intense bout between Shayna Baszler and Mia Yim for the #NXTWomensChampionship which Shayna had successfully defended and gloated about (as expected from ‘The Queen of Spades’ ♠️), to of course the closing match of #NXTTakeOverToronto and wow... just wow! What a f**king AMAZING match that was!!! 🤩 To describe this 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match that is, without question, the grand finale to the legendary and well documented rivalry/history between Adam Cole ‘Bay Bay’ and Johnny ‘Wrestling’ Gargano as “epic” wouldn’t do the match justice... not at all!
