if there was something joshua russo had grown used to as his fame began to skyrocket along with his band’s, it was that the more famous you are, the more rumours people would make up about you. he’s learned to ignore them, but sometimes, some rumors you really just cannot ignore.
take for example this rumor that he was dating this model, piper something. everyone was suddenly all for it, shipping them online and such, much to his confusion. he barely knew the girl and they never even interacted once? the photo that was taken of the pair was merely one of a coincidence; they were both leaving a party at the same time, and yet they were going to two different places. perhaps,
part of the reason why everyone wanted to believe that josh and this model were dating, was because his fans wanted to see him settle down. now, he was by no means the player in the band (that was kat), but he was pretty darn close to being one. hence why the band manager jumped at this opportunity to set him and this model chick up in a relationship, much to josh’s displeasure.
“i don’t see how dating her would benefit me in any way,” josh argued with his manager, glancing at the girl and her manager. “she’s a nobody. it’s not gonna help me or the band if i date her. or anyone, really.”
