“The supernatural world believes us to be devils. They believe me to be evil for creating the one they hate - Antenor, the great betrayer - and they despise you for being the saviour of his clone.” Ambrogio mused absent-mindedly, his attention obviously torn between Elijah and whatever conversation had reached his ears. “Do you think that they will ever find peace? Our children of the blood, I mean.”

therighteousmikaelson said: I agree. I feel like he had the beginnings of feelings for Gia but there was too much shit going on for the to be /everything/ to each other. Besides, it wasn’t the first time Klaus ruined one of Elijah’s relationships.
I agree. And it probably won’t be the last. Klaus did promise him in TVD that he would not allow Elijah one moment of true happiness, to which Elijah replied, “What a pathetic life you lead, Niklaus.” Paraphrasing, of course.
A New Player
The world was a large place, much larger than Scott’s hometown of Beacon Hills. He was determined to go out and see it for himself, to broaden his horizon's past the stretch of woods that made up the local preserve. A barrier of wood and shrubs shielding the town from the outside world. After the latest threat had calmed down, what was it again? Demons, insane werewolves, ghosts, or perhaps hunters...He couldn't remember and in truth Scott found he no longer cared. He needed to get out, to stretch his legs, to see what else was out there. If only for a little while. It was his sense of exploration, and a cryptic almost ominous tip from Deaton, that brought him to New Orleans. A town said to be filled with such marvels and creatures the likes of which he had never seen in Beacon Hills.
And they were right.
Never before had he came across vampires, a race of creatures he believed had only existed in the minds undersexed authors with questionable writing abilities and even worse movies. Witches, so like druids but vastly more powerful, and werewolves. Unlike the wolves back home they could all change into a full wolf form, but were cursed, unable to shift at will, incapable of basking in the full glory of their power save for the one day a month when they were forced to undergo an agonizingly slow transformation. Skin tearing, bones breaking and melding only to break again as their bodies tore themselves apart only to be reshaped into a new form.
Scott had just settled into his room at a cheap little motel. Freshly showered and dressed and fishing the keys to his motorcycle out of his pocket when they attacked. Two vampires descending from seemingly nowhere. he was on the street near his bike one second and suddenly with a rush of air he found himself in the nearby alley, rough hands pinning him to a brick wall. There was a hiss and a flash of pearly white teeth, fangs moving towards his throat. With a growl, Scott kicked outwards his heavy foot slamming into the vampire's chest sending sprawling into the opposite wall. His eyes flashes red his own fangs peeking through past his lips. Nails extending into sharp claws.
The second vamp came fast, moving so swiftly he was invisible with speed. A fist caught Scott in the temple making the alpha see stars. Quickly he recovered from the blow, slashing his claws this one and that tearing through flesh. His claws tore through the vampire's sides, up and chest and across his neck. Seconds had passed before is attacker laid limp and motionless at his feet, alive...so he hoped "That's quite the welcome." Scott said, wiping his claws -dripping blood and ichor- on his jeans.
Dear Alex, I just have to channel my inner Hayley and take the time out to really thank you. I'm not one for really singling out roleplayers but you have stuck with me throughout thick and thin and I just want you to know how appreciative I am for your friendship, your beautiful writing and all the feels you provide. Not only that but you have probably been the longest roleplaying partner I have ever had and you're still here with me fighting to the finish and for that I really love you. You were/are still the first Elijah my Hayley fell in love with in the roleplaying world and for someone who doesn't really ship it, for you to just go along with it with me is amazing, because you wouldn't be able to tell looking back on the two amazing threads we have now. All in all this is an appreciation post, that is is well overdue and well deserved. You are nothing but a star and I'm thankful for your time, creativity and whit. Much love, Alex xxx P.S. everyone go and follow my bae! {therighteousmikaelson}
therighteousmikaelson: i just.. she’s shady AF. i’m still convinced she’s working with Dahlia rather than against her and leading her right to Hope. like maybe she did break free of Dahlia but she’d only have had a year to do so and with everybody harping on and on and on about how powerful dahlia is it just doesn’t add up. so maybe she’s leading Dahlia to Hope in exchange for her freedom? idk. i also just noticed Freya called herself a monster and from the brief background we got, she did nothing monstrous. whatever it is, i just don’t like her. I knew my lack of excitement over her character was warranted ;D
