And the last of the ko-fi sketches.
deadly assassin Seven for @stuckypancakes Cathar beau Verrick for @therron-shan Satle Shan for @andveryginger
Thank you guys, for supporting me. I hope I did all the characters justice.
This post concludes the ko-fi sketches.
1-10 (personal section) from the 50 qs for an oc of your choice! :)
1) Age?
26 after escaping a prison planet. 27/28 start of the Bounty Hunter storyline.
2) Gender?
Female
3) Romantic/Sexual Orientation?
Bi
4) Height?
Like 190 cm (6′2″)
5) Race?
Human
6) What do they look like? (i.e, hair color, eye color, etc). Check my #Baal Estasze tag. Her most characteristic features are her freckles, metal coloured eyes and gaze, her lionmane like hair and of course she’s big. She’s also got a scar on her chin and nowhere else. Should say something about her skill.
7) Any disabilities?
None.
8) Is there a meaning to their name?
Just something I thought sounded cool. Lalibaal is her full name, Lali is what her biological family used to call her so she uses Baal now. Lali is for close friends only which is no one lmao
9) What makes them, them?
The way she carries herself. So very calm for someone with her lifestyle. She’s both safety and trouble at the same time. Baal is so very human yet can put a bullet in someone’s head without further tought. She says she doesn’t care then saves your ass anyway (@Zach). She has a clear sense of justice and is strong in both body and mind. Baal is someone you immediately know you don’t want to mess with. Baal is cold- and kindhearted at the same time.
10) What do they want to be when they grow up/what do they want to do with their lives?
Free from the bounty her biological family put on her head. Then she wouldn’t really change how she lives now, she doesn’t know any other lifestyle, wouldn’t know what else to do. Traveling trough the galaxy catching bad guys and helping people in need.
And another special commission, this time for @therron-shan of her beautiful OC posing with her rifle! Thank you so much for commissioning me!

Yup three months ago I cancelled my sub but still got the monthly 500 cc.I went and checked to make sure I had cancelled and I had. Like you I'm just gonna roll with it and keep the cc.

Happened to me the couple times I canceled right before my billing date.
Thank you!
therron-shan replied to your post “u ever thnk about poc who have ocs with dark complexions and those...”
*raises hand* guilty of the latter. I never thought about it that way before. But that makes sense; being white I don't have the same experiences as people of color. Having a black oc with green eyes wasn't something that I've ever really thought about as offensive, or not okay, you know? But maybe I should. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you! ❤
It’s not to say that there aren’t poc out there with light eyes or any other European features! Because obviously there is and genetics is a wild thing! But I think it stems from the fact that these are characters that we create to fit our own aesthetic? You have the tools and the mind to create something to your liking and that has an effect on how people perceive it you know? It shows!
So when you see white people making poc as their ocs but they have the typical white racist “beauty standards” it raises a couple of question marks and red flags. I’m not a voice of all poc obvs but I’m sure there are others who do know this experience very well. Racism happens in small and big ways, intentional or not, and I think that happens to a lot of poc and white people - but just different sides of the waves racism can create, you feel? Growing up hating my skin, my eyes, who I was and my background, absolutely started to show in the characters I was creating so that’s why I express concern if maybe for poc, it’s just another case of internalized racism.
I do appreciate that you said something though! Not many would own up to that or take a responsibility to be more conscious of it. I don’t try to villainize people by any means because more often than not it’s just ignorance but I think it’s important to reflect on these kinds of things.
therron-shan replied to your post “i feel like the only person excited to be dealing with vitiate’s...”
nope! I am too! I think it'll be interesting if they do it right.
I’m hoping they manage to do it well, it’s a super interesting idea!
