My spoiler free Mass Effect Andromeda Review in progress... So far so good, the game is beautiful but it is plagued by facial animations that sometimes seem kinda odd(especially the eyes they seem so weird) hopefully it's fixed in a patch. The character creation is kinda basic and seems like a step backwards in character design. And the templates they give to create your character are kinda ugly. Outside of that the game feels fresh and enjoyable (granted I have 6-7 hours of gameplay under my belt) the thing that had me on edge was the story and characters due to mass effects 3's controversial endings. From what I've experienced the story seems to be grounded. There are subtle nods to the previous entries and people sometimes refer to things from the past and even characters. It has a Star Trek feeling to it in the sense of "going where no man has gone before" If you're a fan of the previous titles I suggest you pick it up (hopefully as time progress it continues to get better) #MassEffect #masseffectandromeda #bioware #TheRyders #ryders #pathfinder
