I think astral travel is really interesting! not sure if I'll every try it because I'd be a bit nervous but i kind of want to hear more about it from someone whose done it. Can you see, feel and hear everything like in your body?

:) It really is still fun to just start to try because the effort forces you to practice meditation, concentration etc, and even if astral is difficult I think that going for lucid dreaming becomes very much easier as a result as well.

I rate my own astral experiences on a sort of numeric scale. ‘1’ would be if I were just plainly meditating and I get a decent trance going and maybe hear a voice say a single word or two. Sometimes it’s a voice I can identify, sometimes it’s just random astral entities that may or may not be nearby. Like eaves-dropping unintentionally through a closed door. ’5’ would be absolutely ideal, where I personally do have at least 3 senses because I’ve registered leaving my body and then getting them back one by one as I cross.

Basically my experiences vary per month, and from my records, I tend to average out to about 65-70% of experiences being what I’d rate 1 through a 3, and the remainder I’d consider a 4 or 5.
