Folks walk with me here since it hasn't left my mind: Reader right? Coming off all shapes and sizes, all the personalities the reader wants. Okay so, imagine but like a tall buff reader, more of a military weapon more than even Ghost is, adding to the fact maybe even all these omegaverse stuff and it gets wild.
SO my idea is this that reader, as an alpha, had no clue how to act around omegas or even betas, they have been pretty much isolated if you ignore all the testing, training and the battles they went on.
After so many missions if being a mere brutality matching with bites that maul the toughest guys up, and 141 gets wind of this. No footage of reader was ever really captured just blurred photos and videos that end prematurely by being destroyed.
So when the team makes up the facility's location they go in and destroy the place, the workers there had no chance releasing their experiments by the surprise attack, they had been so sure to never be found at all!
The 141 look around once all is quiet, well not fully, there are growls and whines from the many cages with experimented alphas and omegas and the like... And then they get to a locked cage, so many locks that something or someone must be very dangerous to be locked inside like this. Jackpot, thats what they were looking for. Looking inside from a hardened window was someone locked tight, chains and shock collar, not to forget a muzzle for good measure. The reader sat on the ground dormant, glaring at nothing but a wall in front of them.
Getting them out was a tedious task, they did not move an inch and the entire team combined had issues moving them, they didn't attack which was good though.
It took extra help but once they were out of the cage? Out of their enclosure? They tensed like it was a signal that clicked in their head like a rhythm they are used to, the muzzle a last save for the poor souls they got their claws on. Price and his men managed to find the remote that controlled said shock collar that send electricity in masses into their throat and throughout their body making them go slack only after a few minutes.
This... Thing... It was unlike they have ever seen. The experiments around them all dissapeared into the farthest corner of their cages when they saw, smelled or even felt their presence outside that cage. Price decided to take a good look at this mutt later, he doesn't know why but something Intruiqes him like no other despite his teams hesitation.

"WHAT!? You can't be serious captain!" Gaz was the first to object to the idea.
"Sounds crazy even ta me..." Soap scratches the back of his neck while Ghost stood with his arms crossed looking dissaprovingly. The team did NOT like their captains proposal.
"Think about it. A weapon that is so reliable and strong it can wipe out teams by the masses with barely a scratch." Their captain speaks as if it were a sound idea, reliable wasn't the word for what they found at that facility. What this thing was was a weapon not made for their hands. It was out of control since none of them knew how to handle them. It would be reckless and other all dangerous to everyone on the team.
"How do you imagine this works eh? We just pet them real nice? Give them a few treats? Call them a good puppy?" The scot spoke exasperated at the idea "I know, I know.. It will be a long process since we don't know the triggers, we don't know how they tick and how they got trained. But they would be a prime asset to our team if we found out. Being back their humanity in the process.." John replied thinking already about what to do
"Nothing humane 'bout this job.." Ghost grumbled now partaking in the conversation "More humane would be to put 'em down. Better fate than living in more misery" he added, he feels like he knows what it's like, living as a weapon. It wasn't a fun existence, it was riddled with pain and suffering and more nightmares than one can count. It would be cruel to let them live in such a state.
"I get your concerns," Price sighs "but fact is that I don't want to give them up... There is something about them I cannot shake. And I want to find out what this is."
"A wounded soul for you to save Cap?" Gaz asked, an eyebrow raised at what his beloved captain was blabbering on about.
"Positive" the older man smiled, he was assured he could do this.
