Tommy Genesis: The Self-Titled Tour - Vancouver (Feb. 16th, 2018)
Here are a few stills I was able to pull out of a little bit of footage of Tommy Genesis when she opened for Dua Lipa at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver, B.C. I honestly didn’t know anything about her beforehand, so sadly I only recorded 1 song, which means I don’t have a lot to go through, although I will try to post a couple more. Unfortunately the lighting was extremely horrible for recording, especially where I was, so everything turned out super dark, which led me to decide most stuff was better in black and white, and it works well enough I guess. At one point she jumped right off the stage at me and her face was mere inches away from mine, which was great and interesting, but left my camera completely out of focus. Pretty crazy when you are actually too CLOSE to an artist to get a good shot!
