So yk how in the new update smc turns beasts into insects in the new timeline he takes over? So ik that doing it to Silent Salt Cookie was an act of revenge, but smc does it to the other beasts too even though he refers to them as his friends. So I was wondering if in this timeline you think that smc would turn reader cookie/stellar powder into an insect as well? (And if so what insect do you think they would be?) Ik that the beasts sorta have weird reverse haram/shared custody of reader cookie/stellar powder cookie (by this i mean they all want reader cookie so bad lmao) so smc doesn't have/doesnt view reader cookie/stellar powder cookie with the same feelings he does the other beasts so I was debating it in my head haha sorry for the long ask

Its really no problem on the contrary I absolutely ADORE long asks because I [I think I've mentioned this before] have an excess of information on my au that I'm probably just never going to use and I love yapping about it!! So long asks are more than welcome!! [Let's get to yapping]

So here's the funny thing, the err... timeline? of the Sixth Redemption is the only timeline where Reader Cookie survives the ambush at their cathedral by the angry mob of Cookies. All other timelines, including the bug beast timeline, is one where Reader Cookie dies.

I'm building up the momentum that the Beasts are going to be Redeemed um...eventually at the end of TSR. So the Beasts won't die at the end of DEC battle thus no ultimate smc...but let's say there's another timeline where Reader Cookie does no get saved in time, dies and the entire beast yeast story proceeds as canon. Therefore, there comes an Ultimate SMC, who very very much would like Reader Cookie back and...voila, you got yourself an TSR sequel.

ANYWAY, as for hypothetically what Bug Reader Cookie would be... they would be a bee! Bees can be hostile creatures, get angry, much like the concept of Wrath!

And bees are also highly associated with Celtic religion, which Reader Cookie is inspired of a lot. Bees were believed to be messengers between the living and dead and also embody the souls of the deceased. This also fits with Reader Cookie since their whole gimmick is that they can sense doom and are based off of the banshees who are heralds of death.

So, that basically!

As for if ultimate smc would turn reader into a bug Beast...Who knows

hii!! i’m actually falling in love with your writing and it has me thinking so much about the reader T^T i hope it’s okay if i just ramble a bit-

if the reader was corrupted, i wonder if their wrath would be genuine rage towards how cookies keep seeking them out over and over and eventually snapping, seeing that the only way for true “redemption” is to pay back what you owe… in a very twisted way lol

or maybe a more deluded path where the reader thinks they have to guide cookies themselves? think cultish indoctrination vibes, and definitely guilt tripping cookies while also saying we’re the only ones who can forgive and “redeem” them. but ultimately maaaybe ending in some cookies getting crumbled

ehe.. sorry, i’ve just been thinking about what corrupted!reader might be like ^^;;

Noo it's totally okay!! I love love love when people ask about my au because, tbh I have so much lore for it, more than I'll need for the story, so I love yapping about it and hear people thoughts <33

Basically, Beast! Reader Cookie would be a cult leader! When they were a virtue, they always said that 'through me the great Creators see your efforts and will absolve you of your sins."

But since the witches fell silent, Reader had an extreme existential crisis seen in chapter 7, and they would've become a Beast had the Cookies not ambushed them and ??pulled them back??

They would basically believe that they are the only one who can give Cookies forgiveness and would do so by making the Cookies offer up their souls to them. One of Reader Cookie's main powers is that they can umm 'sense'/ smell souls? Like how evil/good their souls are and so they would essentially rip Cookies souls out [the ones they deem are unforgivable] and form a sort cult that live believing their way is the only right way to Redemption.

So basically, Beast! Reader would be a mixed case of extreme silent salt, and the pastry order :>

So, if we are considering that we are (or "trying") to redeem the beast cookies from their past sins, which beast cookie would be the hardest to make them atone for their sins? What about the "easiest" beast cookie to make them atone for their sins? I know it might be Silent Salt Cookie, but if that's the case, then what would be the second easiest beast cookie to atone for their sins?

If they are all "equally" to be a real piece of work, then what would make them difficult (or different) from each other when it comes to atoning their sins? (ie. mindset, philosophy, etc.)

I'm still trying to figure out how to redeem the Beasts by dissecting their mindsets and finding a way to counter it. But I'll throw in what I already got.

I have decided I ultimately want to redeem the Beasts, since Reader is the Virtue of Redemption and the story is literally called "The Sixth Redemption" So I concluded it would be kinda a bum if I ended up throwing away all that by killing them and this is my story so I can do what I want lmao.

Although Reader won't immediately go "Hey, let me redeem them real quick." Because well, they're still not over that the Beasts completely shunned them and indirectly caused them to almost gets killed by an angry mob. Which none of them have apologised for btw!! Granted they don't know Reader almost died. Alas, one could argue that shutting out your closest friend out of nowhere might not be the best idea...I digress!

When Reader does decide they want to redeem the Beasts, the list from hardest to easiest will props go like like this:

1: Eternal Sugar Cookie.

2/3: Shadow Milk Cookie and Burning Spice Cookie (Still can't decide who will be the hardest to crack.)

4: Silent Salt Cookie (I have my reason for not putting him last. While he stopped wanting to kill White Lily Cookie. He held onto the belief that the Beasts deserved to die until the very end and one of his voice lines in game even is "The corrupted are beyond redemption". So it will take a lot of convincing from Reader to change his mind.)

5: Mystic Flour Cookie

And not to mention, even when reader decides they want to redeem the Beasts. It won't come without a force eventually wanting to oppose that choice... let's just say, each Souljam has it's light that guides them don't they? Pure Vanilla has the light of truth Shadow Milk Cookie, the Light of Deceit. And so on...

I'd say if I was a light and my owner was trying to redeem the very Cookies who betrayed you and left you for dead, I'd feel pretty...wrathful

So, we know that the beast cookies in TSR want us to give in to their ideals (and probably join with them), but which beast cookie will be the closest to achieving that goal?

All the Beasts will get relatively close to convincing reader to give into their ideals, since they're in an extremely unstable mindset as it is. Although as for who gets under Reader's skin the quickest and makes a lasting impact on them, it's definitely Mystic Flour Cookie! They both went through pretty much the same situation. Apathy and Wrath are both extreme consequences from being hurt and with Reader already retaining a "What's the point'' mindset, it's won't be that hard to flip the scale from wrath to apathy. :)

So I read part 11 of the Sixth Redemption, and I have a question for clarification: Is the tea set gifted to Mystic Flour Cookie the one that we have to retrieve from her domain?

I re-read the other parts, and in part 7, Reader Cookie stated that "there's something I need to retrieve from their domains." At first, I didn't understand what we said until now, when it is revealed that we gifted Mystic Flour Cookie a tea set for her.

Hmm I could see how one could think that, but it's actually not the tea set we need to retrieve! In chapter 10 it was mentioned by reader that they split the essence of their own Souljam into shards to avoid corruption. Since ''absolute power always begets corruption"

Reader Cookie hid these shards in the domains of the Beasts with the intent that no one would retrieve them back, themselves or other Cookies.

Alas, since the Beasts have now escaped, Reader needs to get these shards back to be able to get their full powers back and stand a chance against the Beasts and Dark Enchantress Cookie.

There's something I need to ask. When the virtues had hid from reader cookie. Is that their last ditch effort to protect them? What semblance of normality that they had true possessiveness kicked in? The fact that if they caught the reader cookie. They would have never let them go. We even see it starting to form before the corruption. All of them wanted reader cookie to stay just a bit longer.

Another thing is that this is more so morbid curiosity. Would their corruption from change depending on which of the beasts did the corruption if they could manage it? Like wrath and destruction go hand in hand. Stagnation and sloth, delusion and deceit, etc etc. again, the second one is just more curiosity than it is anything else.

Hmm I could definitely see a small tiny part of them definitely doing it for that purpose, but the biggest part was mostly because they knew Reader wouldn't really approve or their... new ways and none of them had the real guts to see that disappointment in the one they love. So they took the coward's out and wanted to wait until Reader also corrupted.

Obviously that didn't happen and they got sealed and their obsession just got wayyy worse after that.

As for your other question, they more or less want Reader to give into their ideals [apathy destruction deceit sloth] they wouldn't really mind if they fell into wrath, but they would prefer the former.

Now that someone mentioned about the pixies, is in the upcoming chapters the pixies going to be mentioned or there'll be a meet between Reader! Cookie and the pixies?? Just now I realized what happened to them after the ambush 😭

The pixies will indeed show up in the story eventually :D
