For 2 hours I thought if I should go to the gym, then I saw this pic and made me get up, put all my laziness away and forget that I'm so tired, I could of been done with my workout instead I'm barely on my way to the gym, oh well let's get it done, it should be a great late workout... I know this mean nothing to a lot of people, but it means a lot to me, considering the fact that I was almost 400 lbs and I haven't run that long since I was in high school, I feel great, one year and 2 weeks after surgery, 140 lbs lighter, only good thing will come, thanks Mayra Shiosaki (babe) for your support and for pushing me to continue doing well, thanks Miko Clarke for pushing me to exercise and challenge me to meet my goal, still long way to go, but I know I can reach my goal, back to healthy eating and exercising, it just feels good !!!
